CAUSE:
The error is not generated by Progress but rather by a PostScript printer
FIX:
Refer to http://www.quite.com/ps/errors.htm#timeout for more information on this error and the possible causes.
It has also been noted that reinstalling the relevant printer drivers can also solve the problem.
