SYMPTOM(s):
Replication Plus fails to install with warning message:
This installation requires that the Progress Enterprise DB product be installed previous to Replication Plus.
Progress was installed with non-local Administrator account.
Fathom Replication Plus attempted install used a different account than the Progress installation was installed with.
CAUSE:
The Install Shield installation routine checks for prior installations in HKEY_CURRENT_USER in the Windows Registry.
FIX:
Use INI2REG to translate the progress.ini from the installation of Progress into the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry key of the current user that is logged in.
