IMPLICIT tokens are used instead of line numbers in the XREF listing.
Compiling some classes generate XREF listings with lines using IMPLICIT tokens rather than line numbers.

CAUSE:
Bug# 20060609-020
FIX:
This change was deliberate. Development replaced the line number with "IMPLICIT" in because the line number is meaningless when the call is implicitly generated by the compiler and to make the XREF output consistent with the output of the 4GL Trace facility.
