Can not get into the DataDictionary
Can not start the DataDictionary
Screen flashes with no error reported
New installation.
Progress was installed over top of a previous installation.
CAUSE:
Corrupt installation files. You should not install Progress over top of an existing installation.
FIX:
Uninstall Progress and reinstall into a clean directory.
