CAUSE:
Dynlaunch.i is part of dynamics and is not installed in OpenEdge Architect and not distributed by Roundtable
FIX:
Roundtable report that as the compile is the last step in the roundtable install and because the file that doesn't compile is not actually used by roundtable, this will not cause a problem
