Error trying to open a remote WebSpeed file in a New Procedure Window
Cannot open file. The path or filename may be incorrect or the file may not exist.
A New Procedure Window is being opened from AppBuilder's Tools Menu

This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Remote file can still be opened choosing "open" icon in the AppBuilder Toolbar
