CAUSE:
The jsp pages were either not properly compiled or they were compiled using the wrong version of java.
FIX:
Extract the tools.jar file from the appropriate directory FathomInstall/jars/100/jars.zip. If the pages still do not load, then extract all of the .class files from the Fathominstall/jspwork/100/jspwork.zip to their appropriate directory.
