Can not restore a version 9 database using 91_dbutil
Can not run 91_dbutil prorest
** Database has the wrong version number. (44)
CAUSE:
An empty database was created using prostrct create from the OpenEdge DLC/bin directory. You can not restore a version 9 database into an empty OpenEdge 10 database.
FIX:
Build the empty database using the version 9 utilities, then restore into that database.
91_dbutil prostrct create <DB_Name>
91_dbutil prorest <DB_Name> <Backup_Name>
