FILE-INFO:FILE-TYPE displays the incorrect permissions of a file.
It displays "DRW" for a read-only directory
The Security permissions of a file are set.
CAUSE:
Enhancement request# 0000003133
FIX:
This enhancement has not been implemented in the product.
On the Windows platform the FILE-INFO handle accesses the "DOS" file attributes to determine what access privileges a file has.
At this time Progress does not look at NTFS specific security mechanisms to determine the access privileges.
