Machine was rebooted after installing the progress service pack
CHANGE:
Installed Progress service pack, 9.1D07
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Remove Progress from the machine and reinstall.
Follow these steps:
1. Shutdown all Progress processes that are running.
2. Uninstall Progress.
3. Check and remove any Progress registry entries via Progress Solution 18709.
4. Install Progress.
5. Apply the latest Progress Service Pack.
