CAUSE:
Bug# 20001215-004
CAUSE:
The root cause of the issue was that re-enabling VST's, or disabling and re-enabling VST's was leaving old template records in existence that caused errors to come up during an idxcheck.
FIX:
Upgrade to 8.3E or above
