SYMPTOM(s):
OE Architect: OpenEdge Architect does not save .wrx files or modifications to COM controls
Saving a .w for a new window containing an OCX control in the AppBuilder perspective of the OE Architect does not create or save the .wrx file.
Saving a .w for an existing window containing COM controls in the AppBuilder perspective of the OE Architect does not modify, regenerate or save the .wrx file.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00129001
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later. If upgrading to OpenEdge 10.1B or later is not feasible, then a workaround is to use a stand alone AppBuilder session to change the COM object properties, save the new .w file and generate an updated wrx file.
