SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to load enhlog dynamic library, error <errno> (11077)
Unable to load enhlog dynamic library, error -1 (11077)
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
CAUSE:
This is caused by OS permission problem as the user account used by web server IUSR_<name_of_the_machine> (account for Internet) can't read that dlc\bin\enhlog.dll file.
FIX:
Set read/execute permissions for the DLC\bin for the IUSR_<name_of_the_machine>.
