'ether' is null or not an object
Intranet installation
Installation is not one-click
'ApplicationURL' property is set in installation web page
CAUSE:
When not using one-click installation, the ApplicationURL property must not be set.
FIX:
Comment out the following line in the JavaScript source code:
ether.setProperty("ApplicationURL", ...)
