Fathom cannot open database, status -138
Database log file shows the running replication agent is in listening state
The Fathom Replication Agent is listening on port <num>394)
CAUSE:
The replication agent is not in pre-transition state, one of the pre-requisites for an "ApplyExtent".
FIX:
Run:
dsrutil <db> -C triggerTransition
dsrutil <db> -C applyExtent <extent>
