Error 6087 when creating a Kit in Translation Manager
Specified ActiveX control is not registered or the .ocx file was moved from where it was registered. Error occurred in procedure: control_load adetran/common/_zipmgr.w (6087)
The duzocx32.ocx, dzocx32.ocx or dzstat32.ocx file(s) is / are missing from the %Windir%\System32 directory
CAUSE:
The required OCX files for creating and importing a Kit are missing from the Windows\System32 directory.
FIX:
Follow these steps in order to register the appropiate OCX files:
- Copy all files (no subdirectories) from %DLC%\bin\system to %Windir%\System32 and SKIP (do not overwrite) all existing files EXCEPT for the files that start with the letter D.
- Open a DOS prompt and go to the %Windir%\System32 directory.
- Unregister and reregister the duzocx32.ocx, dzocx32.ocx and dzstat32.ocx files which are now located in the %Windir%\System32 drectory.
- For example:
Unregister:
regsvr32 /u duzocx32.ocx
Register:
regsvr32 duzocx32.ocx
