Error when tailoring files during the installation of OpenEdge
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Folder string "C:\Program Files\OpenEdge" not found in C:\Program Files\OpenEdge\icf.pf file.
The setup continues afterwards, but OpenEdge products might not work properly
Norman AntiVirus is activated on the machine
CAUSE:
The AntiVirus software is preventing access to the OpenEdge files during the tailoring phase.
FIX:
Turn off the AntiVirus software before running the OpenEdge installation.
