Development licence is installed
-rx parameter used to access database
CAUSE:
A runtime database licence (Personal, WorkGroup, Enterprise) does not enable you to load data via the Data Dictionary. A Development licence (e.g. OpenEdge Studio) is required in order to load data.
Accessing the database and Data Dictionary using the -rx parameter, e.g. pro sports2000 -p _dict.p -rx, does allow the loading of a df.
However, if a Development licence is installed, if -rx is specified, it is not possible to load data.
FIX:
1. Ensure that a Development licence is installed.
2. Do not access the database and Data Dictionary using the -rx parameter when a Development licence is also in use.
