FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Connection to Adminserver is very slow
Adminserver is on remote Unix box
Query of Adminserver is successful
Problem is not present on all workstations
Remote ABL connection is very slow
Adminserver log file shows no error
Adminserver log file shows connection is allowed
Windows Firewall is disabled
Sonic Wall Virtual Adapter is installed on the Workstation
CAUSE:
Although the Windows Firewall is disabled, a separate application with an integrated Firewall exists on the Workstations.
This does not allow a response to reach the client.
The request goes through and acknowledged on the server but the firewall is delaying the response to the client.
FIX:
Disable the Firewall
