FACT(s) (Environment):
Translation Manager

SYMPTOM(s):
Translation Manager does not install Prowin32.exe
Starting Translation Manager results in:
Windows is searching for prowin32.exe. To
locate the file yourself, click Browse.
Tran Man license does not install the 4GL client executable.
CAUSE:
The installation only includes the Translation Manager product and this product does not include the prowin32.exe file.
The 4GL client is not a component of Translation Manager. Translation Manager needs a compiler to produce multi language r-code, and in order to get a compiler you need some sort of Development license. So it doesn't make too much sense to install Translation Manager on it's own.
FIX:
Install a Development license with Translation Manager.
