SYMPTOM(s):
Problems downloading products.
no response to ls command
Unable to install downloaded Product image from ESD.
Firewall in use on PC.
CAUSE:
Settings on browser were not adequate
FIX:
Turn on 'passive FTP' settings.
1. Select tools/Internet options/advance
Enable "Use passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)".
Enable "Enable Folder View for FTP sites".
2. Reboot PC.
