User took the default installation path (/usr/wsrt) for the WebSpeed
The product was installed in a different directory

The proenv script was ran from the newly installed $DLC/bin and still showing the original progress.cfg file with other products
CHANGE:
Installed WebSpeed license with the default installation path

If you like to have all product installed in the same directory as the original installation, delete the WebSpeed installation and re-install the WebSpeed on the same directory as the original installation.
