CAUSE:
The cause of the problem is a directory in the project working directory with a name that ends with the letter 'p', for example 'mydirp'. Translation Manager seems to be treating this directory as a procedure file.
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Rename the directory to something that does not end in 'p' for example 'mydir', or remove the directory and the problem will not occur.
