The error 8933 appears when using the CHUI SQL Explorer

The following errors appears when using the GUI SQL Explorer
SQLState=HY000
ErrorCode=-20228
[JDBC OpenEdge Driver]:Access denied (Authorization failed)

CAUSE:
The sysprogress has been already enabled.
FIX:
Use the sysprogress instead or drop the user sysprogress before trying to use the default DBA account.
