mfc71u.dll was not found
FIX:
The necessary DLL files have been placed on the Progress website within CodeShare section.
1) From the main Progress web page www.progress.com select Support.
2) Select OpenEdge
3) On the right panel click Code Share
4) Scroll to the bottom of the list and select OE 10.1a Failover Clusters Supplemental Dynamic-Link Libraries.
5) Select the appropriate Version of Progress and the corresponding DLL's needed.
6) Copy the .dll files to the WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 directory for each cluster node.
