Microsoft patch to adjust transition dates of Daylight Saving Time for Commonwealth Games 2006 changes application time (Progress 4GL Time function).
Affected states and territories: Victoria, New South Wales and Canberra.
Newly added timezone information is used: "(GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney (Commonweatlh Games)
Progress Time function will show incorrect time after Microsoft patch is applied and "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" has been enabled in the Date/Time properties of the

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Uncheck the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" tick-box (Time Zone tab) in Date and Time properties applet. Verify that the time is set correctly.
