FIX:
Dynamics can only be migrated to 10.1A from 2.1B01 or 10.0B03. In order to do this the DCU has to be run with a changed startup option:

DCUSETUPTYPE=Migrate21Setup instead of DCUSETUPTYPE=ProgressSetup
/* for 10.0B03 repository */
DCUSETUPTYPE=Migrate100Setup
This is documented in the 10.1A README file under the heading "Dynamics Migration Requirements".
The 2.1B01 migration should load 3474 ADO files. The 10.0B03 migration should load 59 ADO files.
