State-Reset AppServer ignores -U and -P startup parameters after the first user disconnects
USERID function returns blank value when second user connects to AppServer server process which was disconnected from by another user
CAUSE:
Bug# 20051019-006
CAUSE:
The -U and -P startup parameters were incorrectly being cleared when an AppServer was running in State-Reset mode
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later
