Smartviewer is not enabled in 10.0B02 after migrating from v9.
CAUSE:
Appbuilder Procedure Settings are set not to allow the drawing of Smart Objects.
FIX:
Follow these steps to enable the drawing of Browsers.
1. From the Appbuilder, select Procedure Settings of smartviewer.
2. Next, select Advanced.
3. Check Allow drawing of Smart Objects.
