Running reports via the Runtime Engine
Page-size is correct on the machine where the report was saved
Page-size is incorrect on other machines to which the report is deployed
Custom form is defined as the default paper size in Report Builder
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020116-001
FIX:
Create new customized page on the printer at the deployment site.
Re-open and save all reports against the printer with the new page-size.
Report Builder must be installed at the deployment site to accomplish this.
