SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot read version info.
Unable to get version info from <path>/dlc directory
CAUSE:
Incorrect version of service pack is being installed. A service pack designed for Progress 64 bit product was being installed on top on a Progress 32 bit installation.
FIX:
Download and install the correct service pack for the installed version of Progress. Service packs designed for Progress 32 bit products are NOT interchangeable with service pack designed for Progress 64 bit products.
