The following bugs has been fixed in this release:

96-09-24-010 Using Native 4GL, if the -y parameter is specified, it
returns a 1610 error instead of looping and filling the
job log with MCH3601 errors.

image automatically.

97-06-10-037 The field labelled "File Name" in the "Server Schema
Entry" parameter of RMVSCHE utility has been renamed to
"Entry Name", which is more accurate as it is acting on
entries, not files.

97-06-26-029 Trying to load .df files or modify the schema using
Progress/400 Data Dictionary when the AS/400 database was
connected using the -Dsrv TRANSCTL=COMMIT does not result
anymore in a 2468 error.

97-09-16-020 QCMD was closing the wrong file when multiple files were
open simultaneously and the names of the files were very
similar.

97-09-18-010 CVTSRVSCH is documented in Release Notes (page 17).

97-09-22-013 PROCALL now accepts up to 32 parameters instead of 16.

97-09-24-009 CHGPRODCT no longer continously loops if you try to add
a multirecord virtual table to a dictionary library.

97-10-10-007 FIND FIRST statement returned unpredictable results when
using case-sensitive indexes.

97-11-11-017 SEPTABLE entry was ignored when executing DUPPRODB.

97-11-13-016 RMVSCHE failed if supplying an incorrect Server Schema
Entry.

97-11-18-012 STRPROCLI no longer fails with MCH4437 error under V3R1.

97-12-04-019 FIND FIRST failed when using an index made up of a date
field and a character field where the date field
contained the Progress Unknown Value.

97-12-05-001 Error 4296 is no longer reached when locking the same
record through two indexes.

96-06-18-006 Using 2 buffers, 2 Indexes and 2 different locks, the
the error 4296 is not reached anymore.

98-01-09-002 Date fields of type EUR where not correctly handled.
