Only installed product is 'OpenEdge 10.0B Studio'.
Compiling 4GL does work.
CAUSE:
The Windows Registry contained traces of a NetSetup of the same OpenEdge version.
FIX:
Backup the Window Registry before modify it.
Remove all references for the NetSetup from the Registry.
