Using the _probrkr command with a port number for the -S parameter
CAUSE:
The functionality of starting up a broker by specifying a port number with the -S parameter was never implemented for DataServers
FIX:
Start up the DataServer Broker by specifying a service name with the -S parameter.
An enhancement request is already in order so that a DataServer Broker can be started via the _probrkr command with a port number for the -S parameter instead of a service name. The number of the Enhancement Request related to this is 0000003371
