Error after entering serial number and control codes
Error message: "The entered configuration information is not correct. Re-enter the configuration data."
No errors after entering the serial number.
Errors only occur after entering control codes and pressing return.
The serial number and control code have been validated
CAUSE:
Entered the wrong digit or character when entering in the control codes for the product.
FIX:
Enter the control codes as they appear on the Progress License Addendum. If you continue to enter the control codes and are still receiving the error message: "The entered configuration information is not correct. Re-enter the configuration data." then contact Progress Technical Support to validate the codes being entered verses the ones appearing on the license addendum.
