FIX:
In the 64-bit 10.x versions of Progress the 83dbutils and 91dbutils directories may not be included. These tools do not currently exist on the 10.2X 64-bit OpenEdge releases for Windows 64-bit platforms. A defect (Bug# OE00200531) has been created to have these tools added to our 64-bit OpenEdge releases on Windows 64-bit in the future.
These tools are typically 32-bit tools and are provided as a convenience to help with migration from older versions of Progress when the machine being migrated to does not include multiple versions of Progress/OpenEdge.
If you do not have these directories and are in need of them for migration purposes, please contact Customer Support. The Customer Support Engineer assigned to your service call will be able to provide these utilities to you.
