WARNING: It appears that someone has edited the debugger security information which controls whether debugging is enabled
with something other than this tool.
Debugging is enabled for the Progress 4GL installed in <Progress-Installation-Directory> .
CAUSE:
The file /etc/ProDbgCK is corrupt.
FIX:
This is expected behavior. The proDebugEnable reports that the file /etc/ProDbgCK is corrupt if the only line within it contains gibberish.
