Can not uninstall Progress
CAUSE:
Progress bug# 20060323-005
FIX:
Toggle the READ-ONLY attribute off from the properties of the uninst.dll file and reboot the machine before attempting uninstall again. This is not an issues in 10.1A or 10.1B
