SYMPTOM(s):
Error (6019) when trying to extract an offset (.off) file via WebTools (WebSpeed's Workshop Utility)
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
The same error occurs when attempting to run a WebSpeed HTML-Mapped object
WebSpeed agent crashes after causing error (6019) to be generated on the Web Page
WebSpeed Broker log file shows the following error messages during the crash
ServerSocketsIPC <operation> IOException : <IOException_string> : <IOExceptionMsg_string> (8127)
ServerSocketsIPC read() IOException : java.io.EOFException : NULL (8127)
ServerIPCException in <funcName> : <ServerIPCException_string>. (8119)
ServerIPCException no getServerIPCMsg() : ServerIPC error: ubServerSocketsIPC.read() IOException: null. (8119)
