SYMPTOM(s):
Using dynamic Query and Browse widgets
CREATE-RESULT-LIST-ENTRY method is used with the Browse widget
Getting error 163 followed by session crash
SYSTEM ERROR: Seek error <value>, file <value>, addr <value>. (163)
SYSTEM ERROR: Seek Error 22, file 6, addr -1 (163)
Stack trace from PROW32.DLL reads:

Problem only occurs with specific search criteria
Clientlog file and file ID from error 163 indicate that the problem relates to the SRT file:

Upgrade to 9.1E03
Upgrade to 10.0B04
Workaround:
Modify/Remove BY clause from the Query statement
