FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Client crash when connecting to Oracle.
DataServer license is not installed
Upgraded from a previous Progress version.
The crash happens only when using -Dsrv connection parameter
If the -Dsrv parameter is not used, the correct error message is shown and the client doesn't crash:
This version of PROGRESS does not support an ORACLE DataServer (5152)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Install a DataServer license.
