SYMPTOM(s):
Blank session ID causes the session startup to fail.
** bgst_session record already exists with Session ID " in Appserver server log
Dynamics runtime session fails to start with establishsession as_activate.p error
PROCEDURE af/app/afsessrvrp.p FAILED TO LOAD.

as_activate.p activation procedure ended with an ERROR condition. (8025)
Multiple users starting sessions at almost exactly the same time results in a blank session id and the 132 error. This only happens when multiple users try to start sessions at exactly the same time.
