proutil -C dumpspecifed is not using the proper index.
ERROR - Failed to find index <name> in table <name> (8786)
field name and the index name for the field do not match.
proutil sports -C dumpspecified table-name.field-name operator field-value dir

Add an index to the field used in the dumpspecifed command and insure that the index name matches the field name.
