SYMPTOM(s):
Debugger buttons are disabled.
Session starting with a customized customer.ini.
Starting the same session with the default progress.ini file solves the problem.
CAUSE:
Corrupted customer.ini file.
FIX:
Ensure that the .ini file is not corrupted.
