FIX:
On OpenEdge (OE) 10.0A and 10.0B, the options to create the shadow column for indexes through the protoora utility was removed. However, both OE10.0A and OE 10.0B still support the shadow columns for indexes. On OpenEdge 10.1A, the option to create shadow columns for indexes is re-introduced back again.
