Replication server hangs on startup
The executable /progress91e/bin/rpagent started by the DB Service manager ended in error. (10215)
repl.agent.startup.lg shows an error Unable to kill parent process, errno=0
Same installation works fine on RH EL 3, 4 or RedHat 8
