FIX:
There is not a way to synchronize the metaschema data for different databases, each database is a different entity and must be treated as such, if some metaschema table needs to be in sync a coded process has to be defined, however not all tables from the metaschema should be tampered with to avoid problems with the database.
Progress does not recommend or supports manipulation of the schema tables with 4GL code.
