Server not reachable or possible RPC error
PROSQLTRC environment variable enabled for SQL Tracing
Broker not accepting new SQL-92 connections
CAUSE:
In certain circumstances enabling SQLTracing can cause problems and should only be enabled in a test environment and/or when instructed by Progress Technical Support.
FIX:
Disable SQL Tracing
