Why does the BI-file grow when doing a TRUNCATE BI?
GOAL:
How much can the bi-file grow during a truncate bi?
FIX:
The bi-file can grow to the double size during a TRUNCATE BI (not using the -F option).
The reason is that it has to go through the whole redo phase and possibly through the whole crash recovery; during these processes, new notes are written to the bi file.
