SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed broker is running.
Running wtbman -i <WebSpeed Broker name> -q returns 8313 error
wsbroker1 not running (8313)
asbroker1 not running (8313)
NameServer: NS1 not running (8313)i
proadsv -q resulted in AdminServer not alive
CAUSE:
AdminServer came down without closing the brokers
FIX:
The new AdminServer process is no longer the parent of the other processes. The wtbman, asbman, nsman commands find the brokers via the AdminServer and the New AdminServer does not communicate with the processes started by the old AdminServer, it is not aware of them.
